Registered with the Paris Bar Association since 2013, Maître Salim BOUFENARA has gained professional experience in demanding Anglo-Saxon law firms (Taylor Wessing, EY), working cross-functionally and collaboratively to provide precise and responsive services to diverse clients.

Bringing a closer client-focused approach within smaller structures, Maître BOUFENARA now tailors his support to the needs of his clients at CSBC Law Firm, which he co-founded with his friend and colleague, Charlotte Callet.

His expertise covers business law, sports law, intellectual property and copyright law, addressing both national and international matters.

As a registered sports authorized lawyer with the Paris Bar Association and the French Football Association since 2014, Vice President of the Legal and Disciplinary Commission of the National Basketball League (LNB) since 2015, a contributor to the Law School of Sciences Po Paris since 2019, and with experience as a professional trainer, legal counsel in multiple professional sports leagues, president of an association (Parisian artists' collective), and Deputy Mayor (2008-2014), Maître Salim BOUFENARA brings to CSBC Law Firm and its clients the wealth of experience acquired in specialized legal domains. He possesses acute skills in negotiation and a comprehensive understanding of legal, strategic, financial, social, and human aspects, enabling him to provide effective advice in his areas of expertise.
