Registered with the Paris Bar Association since 2013, Charlotte primarily handles advisory and litigation matters in business law, particularly in civil law, commercial law, and labor law. She serves a diverse clientele of French and international individuals and companies, providing guidance and advice on commercial development, labor law, and collective relationships.
Charlotte also specializes in international estate law, coordinating real estate transactions as a registered real estate agent after her registration with the Paris Bar Association. Her expertise extends to sports law, following her registration as Sports authorized lawyer with the Paris Bar Association. She has been involved in the acquisition of professional football clubs.
Additionally, Charlotte assists artists and authors in negotiating production contracts as a registered agent for artists and authors with the Paris Bar Association and as an artistic agent recognized by the Ministry of Culture.
After gaining initial experience at the French firm "Richemont Nicolas & Associés" (RNE), specializing in maritime disputes and transportation law, she joined the Paris office of the general business law firm "Thomas, Mayer & Associés" (TMA) in 2013, originally established in Hong Kong. She became a partner in 2018 before its restructuring in 2020 to become "Vespera Avocats" in partnership with the renowned Hong Kong-based firm Lily Fenn & Partners (

In 2023, after 10 years of practice, she joined her colleague and friend Salim Boufenara to co-found "CSBC Avocats," an independent "boutique" business law firm. Together, leveraging their complementary skills, they aim to develop an efficient, modern, and dedicated practice of law.
